Importance: High

Good Morning,
Just wanted to do one last reminder and plea to get your states geared up and enthusiastic about the SNF's President's Challenge.  We've gotten donations now from many states and I feel there are still some of you out there that are waiting for your state meetings or some other occasion to get approval or make the decision on how much to give.

As you know, with the sluggish economy, the Foundation will mean more to our members now than ever! As it becomes more difficult for folks to travel to meetings in state--much less out-of-state, professional development and training on-line or thru other unique venues will become more important than ever; scholarships will mean more than ever; and research will show the world the worth of our work and help us all develop training programs that meet the most significant needs of members.  So,,,,,,,, please help your members not only see the importance and value of SNF, but also help them open their purse strings and donate enough to keep all these wonderful programs going!

I want to also remind you of the silent auction at ANC.  My poodle skirt is almost finished and I'll have my 50's outfit ready to go as we Rock and Roll into the Silent Auction.  If you have something to ship and don't know where to send it, just send it to me at the Marriott Hotel in Philly (address is in registration materials) and I'll see that it gets to where it needs to be.

Thanks so much for all you've done this year and in advance for all you'll continue to do in the years to come.  This has been such an exciting opportunity for me the past few years and I'll miss the adventures.  I'll still, however, continue to be active in SNA as well as it's two Foundations.  I could work a lifetime and never be able to come close to repaying for all the opportunities and challenges I've had, all the friends I've met, and all the growth I've obtained thru this remarkable association.

Hope you all have a wonderful remainder of the school year and  I'm certainly looking forward to seeing everyone in Philly.

Sincerely,

Janey
